Desolate is the first short film I made and entered into a film festival in 2017. It screened at the DrewBoy Creative Pedestal Film Festival in Richland, Washington. Shot in one day with nothing other than an outline, this film was a very fun and important filmmaking experience for me. Showing this film in a theater in front of an audience is something that I will never forget, and is what pushed me onward to go to film school at Pepperdine University.
